Notes:

ALL TOURS INCLUDE:

  • Hotel accommodations based on double/twin bedrooms with private facilities.
  • Daily regional or continental breakfasts.
  • Selective lunches, picnics, etc.
  • All dinners (excluding one free evening on most tours).
  • Guiding services of two HCI guides and local guides.
  • Selective events, guest experts/guides, entrance fees to museums, historical sites and monuments.
  • On our bike tours, use of a 21- speed hybrid bicycle Each bike is equipped with a helmet, handlebar bag, water bottle , pump and lock.
  • Route instructions and highlighted maps.
  • Private van support to transport luggage and provide assistance when necessary.
  • All transportation from initial rendezvous point to final drop-off.

NOT INCLUDED:

Airfare, alcohol and evening beverages.

CANCELLATIONS

All payments are refundable on cancellations received up to 61 days before departure, less an administration fee of $100. per traveler. Cancellations received 60 to 45 days prior to departure will result in loss of the deposit. We will be unable to refund any money paid on a cancellation within 45 days of departure. In the rare event that we must ask a traveler to switch to another trip, we will attempt to notify you at least 60 days before the departure date. We reserve the right to cancel any trip, for any reason, at any time prior to departure. In such a case, refund of any payments received shall constitute full settlement.

TRIP INSURANCE:

We strongly encourage you to purchase cancellation insurance. It will provide you with peace of mind in the event of unforeseen circumstances. HCI will not assume responsibility or liability for any loss or damage of personal effects or for any injury or loss during the duration of the tour. Therefore, we recommend that you obtain baggage and health or accident insurance, which you may acquire through any travel agent. .

ITINERARY CHANGES:

From time to time, circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to alter our stated itinerary. Alternate selections fully satisfy our high standards of quality.
